For events that require a more flexible setup, the Student Union boasts 3 ballrooms and a small meeting room that are all adaptable to a wide range of events. These multipurpose spaces allow Registered Student Organizations, SG Agencies, and UCF Departments to host engaging events and programming all in the heart of campus.

To begin the reservation process, please complete the following online request form. Reservation requests for ballrooms & Garden Key Meeting Room 221 must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Additional time may be required depending on the size and scope of your event. Once submitted, a member of our Event Planning team will review your request. If we have any additional questions, a member of our team will reach out to you via email. Please note that reservations are not complete until you receive a confirmation email from a Student Union Event Coordinator.
