Reservations


The Student Union is excited to now be the “one stop shop” for reserving popular campus meeting and event venues, including general purpose classrooms in addition to all UCFSU managed facilities.

Key Information:

  • Classroom Spaces
      • Requests for classroom spaces through July 30, 2026, is now open.
      • Requests for Fall 2026 semester will open on Monday, August 10th, 2026, at 8am.
  • Student Union Spaces & Live Oak Event Center
      • Reservation requests for events coordinated by university departments and SG Agencies taking place through Spring 2028 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces.
      • Reservation requests for events coordinated by Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and non-university groups taking place through Spring 2027 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces.
      • RSO Room Block Requests for Fall 2026 semester (non-classroom) will open August 3, 2026 (first Monday of August as per room block guidelines).

UCF will be renovating the Pegasus Grand Ballroom to create a more modern, high-quality experience for future events. These updates will feature enhanced technology, refreshed facilities, and improved amenities. Construction will begin on August 24, 2026, and continue through May 31, 2027. The ballroom will be unavailable during this time.
