Reservations


The Student Union is excited to now be the “one stop shop” for reserving popular campus meeting and event venues, including general purpose classrooms in addition to all UCFSU managed facilities.

Key Information:

  • Classroom Spaces
      • Friday, May 15, 2026 – Requests open at 8:00 AM for classroom reservation requests (to be processed on a first come, first served basis AFTER Add/Drop ends for Summer 2026 which will be May 20, 2026)
        • Booking dates available for Summer in classroom spaces run through July 30 (please note May 25 and July 3 are university holidays)
  • Student Union Spaces & Live Oak Event Center
      • Reservation requests for events coordinated by university departments and SG Agencies taking place through Spring 2028 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces
      • Reservation requests for events coordinated by Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and non-university groups taking place through Spring 2027 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces.

To get started, please fill out and submit the applicable request form on the right side. Requests are processed in the order they are received.
