Reservations


Looking to host a future event? The UCF Student Union offers the facilities and amenities you need to achieve your event goals. To get started, please fill out and submit the applicable request form on the right side. Requests are processed in the order they are received.

Please take note:

  • General reservation requests for events coordinated by university departments and SG Agencies taking place through Summer 2024 are being accepted
  • General reservation requests for events coordinated by Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and Non-university groups taking place through Summer 2023 are being accepted

For RSO room block scheduling, patio reservations (both tabling and stage), and banner spaces – reservation requests for the Fall semester will be accepted beginning Monday, August 1, 2022.
