To begin the reservation process, please complete the online request form linked below. Requests submitted within 3 business days of the desired event date may not be accepted.
Once submitted, a member of our Event Planning Team will review your request. If we have any additional questions, we will reach out via email. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from a Student Union Event Coordinator.
