Located near Ferrell Commons, the Live Oak Event Center offers a warm and sophisticated atmosphere ideal for meetings, banquets, and breakout space in a more secluded area on campus. The Live Oak Event Center has two reservable event spaces, the Live Oak Ballroom and Magnolia Room, which includes an attached patio.
To begin the room reservation process, please complete the following online request form. Reservation requests for the Live Oak Event Center must be submitted no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date. Once submitted, a member of our Event Planning team will review your request. If we have any additional questions, a member of our team will reach out to you via email. Please note that reservations are not complete until you receive a confirmation email from a Student Union Event Planner.
