Patio Space & Stage


The Student Union offers patio reservations on the South Patio for Student Organizations, Student Government Agencies, and UCF Departments. Reservations include one table and two chairs, giving organizations an opportunity to market to students passing between classes or through the union walkways.

The South Patio stage is a great venue for Registered Student Organizations to promote a special event. In addition, it is the only location on the South Patio where amplified sound is permitted, between the hours of 12 Noon and 2 PM. The Student Union provides the stage and an outdoor sound system, upon request.

To begin the reservation process, please complete the following online request form. Reservation requests for the South Patio must be submitted no later than 3 business days prior to the desired date.

If you plan to reserve a patio space or the Patio Stage, please review the General Patio Space and Patio Stage policies before completing this form. This document includes important information pertaining to acceptable practices and reservation restrictions. By submitting a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our policies.

Patio space requests are accepted on the first Monday of August for the Fall semester and on the first Monday of December for the Spring semester.
