Banner Space Reservation Form

The Student Union permits Registered Student Organizations, Student Government, SGA Agencies, and University Departments to hang banners in the Atrium of the building. Banners provide a great way to advertise upcoming events to the many patrons passing through the Union every day.

Before completing this form, please review the banner space polices. This document includes important information pertaining to acceptable banner sizes, appropriate content, and reservation restrictions. On the reservation form you must enter the exact verbiage on the request form for a preliminary review of content. Banners will be reviewed to ensure appropriate content and messages are conveyed. The Student Union reserves the right to deny any request submitted. By submitting a reservation you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our policies.
