Ever wonder what that Activity and Service Fee is for? Look no further than the friendly faces at the A&SF office where each day they provide the backbone that makes such things as the first floor discount ticket counter, recreation center equipment checkout and the popular financial training program available to UCF students.
Inside Student Union across from College Optical, the UCF Bike Repair Service is provided for students with bike problems. Students may come, free of charge, and have their bikes repaired with quality service by our Bike Repair Team. Services include: Inflate tires, change tubes, brake adjustments, tighten crankset, loose handlebars, adjust gears, and brake cable installation. Bikes can also be reserved here as part of the Bike Share program.
The purpose of the Cultural Center is to provide a centralized space to cultivate an environment that highlights, validates, and supports the culturally based registered student organizations and their experiences.

Clients who wish to have food and beverage present during their reservation in any SU controlled facility may only order catering through a SU approved vendor. The Knights Helping Knights Pantry is a student-driven program at the University of Central Florida with the goal of assisting students through financially tough times. Donations that are either brought to the Pantry or are left in one of our 15 drop boxes on campus are provided by faculty, staff, and students. Student organizations, departments, and individuals on campus also organize food drives that benefit the Pantry.

No vendors can accept IDTs. Payment to vendors can be made with a purchase order (PO). In certain circumstances a PCard can be used. The vendor must accept credit cards and the department PCard must have the correct permissions on it to purchase food.
A Purchase Request Form (PRF) and a copy of your catering order must be submitted to the AS&F office no later than 10 business days prior to the event.
