Monday, January 5, 2026 – Requests open at 8:00 AM for classroom reservation requests (to be processed on a first come, first served basis AFTER Add/Drop ends for Spring 2026)
The Student Union oversees all general purpose Classroom spaces for meetings and events in addition to existing Student Union spaces.
Please note: Reservation requests for general purpose classroom spaces on weekdays cannot be processed until the first business day following add/drop week. For Spring 2026, requests will begin to be processed on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Requests for classroom spaces when classes are not in session (i.e. weekends, breaks) may be processed earlier.
All weekday classroom reservation requests must have a start date of Monday, February 2 or later. Requests for meeting/events in classroom space before February 2 will not be processed (unless you are seeking a date classes are not in session). If you are seeking a space for a weekday event in January, please submit a request for a Student Union space via our Fixed Set-Up Request Form or our Ballroom & Meeting Room Request Form to see if there is availability.
