Reservations


The Student Union is excited to now be the “one stop shop” for reserving popular campus meeting and event venues, including general purpose classrooms in addition to all UCFSU managed facilities.

Key Information:

  • Monday, December 1, 2025 – Requests open at 8:00 AM for RSO room Blocks Scheduling (ONLY Student Union building), patio reservations (both tabling and stage) for the Spring 2026 semester
  • Monday, January 5, 2026 – Requests open at 8:00 AM for classroom reservation requests (to be processed on a first come, first served basis AFTER Add/Drop ends for Spring 2026)
  • Requests for classroom space will not begin to be processed until January 20, 2026 at the earliest (exact turnaround time for processing is unknown but is estimated to take up to 3 weeks and is dependent on the number of overall requests received)
  • Reservation requests for events coordinated by university departments and SG Agencies taking place through Fall 2027 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces
  • Reservation requests for events coordinated by Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and non-university groups taking place through Fall 2026 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces
  • Please Note: The Student Union Room Block includes classroom reservations Monday through Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 10:45 PM, and is exclusively available to Registered Student Organizations (RSOs). If your request falls outside of these times or you are not utilizing the room block, please complete the fixed set-up/classroom request form
