Reservations


Looking to host a future event? The UCF Student Union offers the facilities and amenities you need to achieve your event goals. To get started, please fill out and submit the applicable request form on the right side. Requests are processed in the order they are received.

Please take note:

  • General reservation requests for events coordinated by university departments and SG Agencies taking place through Spring 2027 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces.
  • General reservation requests for events coordinated by Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and Non-university groups taking place through Spring 2026 are being accepted for Student Union and Live Oak spaces.
  • Reservation requests for classroom spaces will not be processed until after academic class scheduling is complete and are handled on a semesterly basis.

For RSO room block scheduling (both Student Union and Classroom spaces) and patio reservations (both tabling and stage) – reservation requests for the Fall 2025 semester will open on Monday, August 4th, 2025.
